1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship directly from Ireland. Different delivery countries will have different shipping costs.

2. Shipping Costs

Ireland (1-3 Working Days)

• Standard Shipping: €4.99
• Next-Day Delivery: €6.99
• Free Shipping: Orders over €59.99.

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: €14.99
• Free Shipping: Orders over €69.99

United States

• Standard Shipping: €19.99
• Free Shipping: Orders over €74.99

Rest of Europe

• Standard Shipping: €14.99
• Free Shipping: Orders over €69.99

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your order.

3. Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

• (Ireland) 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch. 
• (United Kingdom) 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. 
• (United States) 4-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• (Rest of Europe) 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

 

• Orders placed before 3PM are dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time or on weekends are processed on the next working day.
• For NEXT-DAY DELIVERY in Ireland, your order must be placed before 3PM (MON-THURS) to receive your order the next day!

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

5. Packaging

Your items will be securely packaged in plain, discreet packaging to ensure privacy and product safety during transit.

6. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

7. Delivery Liability

We are responsible for your items until they are delivered to your specified address. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@thesnusplug.ie immediately.
