Refund and Return Policy

At TheSnusPlug, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@thesnusplug.ie with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. While we will help as much as possible with a missing/late item, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • If your returned item meets the conditions above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Any items purchased during clearance sales.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thesnusplug.ie with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping, if required.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thesnusplug.ie
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may return it following the process outlined above.
